Any applications developer eager to enter the DAC space should contribute to the bounty generously, count me in.

No .. they are shares in futire dacs
While explaining to my business partners how BTS,PTS and AGS worked I had to create this infographic to explain it. The infographic on page one inspired me to share mine with the community. There are some differnces in how the X chains are distributed from the first infographic so I am wondering which one is correct. In mine I assumed that BitsharesX/XT would work like a tree, in which BTS -> BTSXI and BTS -> BTSXVI, some clarification would be nice.

This helps in two ways: Firstly by weeding out an illegitimate exchange, this situation only serves to make the ecosystem around crypto currencies more secure. Second, this situation undermines confidence in bitcoin, both for reasons due to security and price instability, ultimately making more attractive the alternatives that serve to rectify bitcoin's failings. In concept bitshares is the greatest of these alternatives.
I'd agree that relative to other cryptocurrencies, it is probably a good thing for bitshares; however, against regular currencies, it's probably a net negative due to the "flight to safety" effect that negative economic shocks have.
Also, nobody wants bitcoin to fail. It wouldn't exactly be hyperbole to assert that all future cryptocurrency success are tied to the fate of bitcoin, since it enjoys a hefty infrastructural advantage compared to other coins.
I'm just getting in position for when that "flight to safety" reverses as people bail out of fiat currencies one collapse at a time.
There won't be enough gold, silver and pork bellies to move into, so where will all that panicked wealth flee for cover?
There are a lot of them teetering out there right now...
I am *strongly* in favor of only displaying BitUSD as well as prominent warnings that BitUSD is not USD and cannot be used as legal tender like USD can.
This is the idea, thinks are moving quick but right now there is not enough for newbies to understand the bitshare working . In march 3I we'll have something working and new website and + media campaign. Right know the only way to understand anything it is to go trough the forum and spend hours witch could be quiet frustrating . So the social media that it happening right know it is enough, until end of march .No, there is no working product and the masses do not understand how bts x is supposed to work. I3 are barely handling the attention they are getting at some cost to engineering time

I see your concern, we should not divert core dev bandwidth to social media or catching typos.
But, it's a catch 22 without social media, the BTS community growth will slow and the product(s) will lose relevance. Polish the customer facing content and get a clear concise message out to anyone who'll listen..
Else, hide behind a coming soon sign and risk the guy next doors beats you to your audience.
The BitShares ecosystem is not a secret project, it's out and people will find you with or without your pants on. Ethereum does not have a "working product"
No trolling here, just an interested party.
Cheers
Brian, looks like Ethereum is getting on the Keiser report (https://twitter.com/stacyherbert/status/438256072160468994). It would be amazing if we could do the same.
I suppose if enough of you write to Max and Stacy...

I used InSite from Inspyder $59USD to crawl the site. I then scrubbed the list by adding acceptable words to the dictionary (Keyhotee, Reddit, blockchain, etc...) This is what was left:
