Title: Transaction of STEEM not arrived

Yesterday, I tried to withdraw some STEEM from Poloniex to my BitShares wallet (Hawkish777). I confirmed through email, but the STEEM never showed up in my wallet.

I followed the instructions in the wallet (address & memo), and the STEEM was withdrawn from Poloniex. This was the confirmation email:

"A request to withdraw 300.00000000 STEEM from your Poloniex account to address openledger was just made."

Not exactly sure what I did wrong here. Where have these funds ended up?

ask openledger, they're offering this. there's a support email in the deposit tab...

In BitShares wallet:
deposit/witdraw -> transfer service: Openledger (OPEN.X).

There you'll find contact for support.

Thanks, guys. I emailed the support a few days ago. They haven't responded yet, though, but hopefully they will soon.

So, I still haven't gotten a reply from their support. I've tried to send another email today. Not sure what I can do if they don't respond to that.
