bione.cc is a new exchange but have top 20 trading volume, though some of the volume is not that reliable, but I feel like top 50 is their right place.

They ask for 7 ETH plus 300k BTS for listing fee and marketing.

How about pay 500K BTS in total for all cost including the compensation for lobbyists? 

不至于，价格就算跌到1毛，BTS还是交易所，还是资产管理平台，只是bitCNY可能会被废掉。

The plan of SPRING:
The best action in bear market is no action. However, we think the price of BTS is very close to the bottom, and we will continue to persuade people to join SPRING FUND to buy more BTS. Also, we are considering to support the development of third party APPs on bitshares, such as chess and cards games.

同时，还持有whaleshares免费空投的53万WLS，但处于锁定期，而且缺乏交易深度，暂时无法变现，不计入净值。

此外，还有BitShares跟EOS的跨链项目BEOS空投给BTS的部分TOKEN，因为细则还不太清楚，所以并未领取，此部分也不计入净值。

基金净值：
基金主力仓位在1.0CNY左右，0.8CNY左右，0.75CNY左右逐次买入大量BTS，由于BTS价格持续下跌，现在处于亏损状态。

前三个月净值分别为0.893，0.939，0.838。

SPRING基金未来计划：

熊市能做的不多，市场转向前只能继续持有，不过好在市场已经横盘很久，下跌空间不大了。已经谈好的一些场外资金也在等时机进。不过因为有杠杆存在，BTS反弹的时候净值回升也会很快，希望这一天尽快到来。除此以外，SPRING基金准备尝试抵押数字资产借贷BTS或者bitCNY, 以获取固定收益，在市场横盘的情况下净值也可以缓慢提高。同时，SPRING基金考虑支持一些基于BTS的第三方应用开发团队，比如棋牌类游戏等应用。但具体是以资金的方式还是仅仅帮助推广的方式，还有待讨论。
