为加强比特股的流通及应用，增加获得比特股的额外渠道，从即日起，将按照比特股特色，开售比特股彩票。投注彩池除用作派彩外，余额部分用作慈善用途和推广比特股。为迎合大众“以小博大”的心理，彩票是101选1，选出产出下一万块整数区块的受托人名字。其他赌博模式中彩回报必定远低于其成本，比特股彩票的中彩回报是成本的90倍。
投注：
发送想要投注数量的btsx到账号quiz，用memo标注出您投注的下一万区块整数区块的受托人名字。
例如：aaa发送1btsx到quiz，消息注明受托人名字，竞彩第200000区块是由哪位受托人产出的区块。如果猜中，aaa将收到90btsx的竞彩奖励。

投注必须在产出前200个区块产出前完成，例如投注200000区块的受托人名字，您的交易必须在199800区块前完成。如果您的交易数据在199800区块，那将默认您投注的是210000区块的受托人名字。
每注只能投一个受托人名字。一个账号可以多次投注。
开彩：
开彩以受托人出块为准。
派彩：
从投注中选出所有中奖者，奖励投注btsx数量的90倍。
领奖：
于产块当时起计72小时内派发。
注：由于memo只限制19个字符，选受托人要是名字超过19字符的可以只选择母名，例如：delegate.taolje可以只写taolje,但是同一个母名有多个子受托人的情况例外，例如cny.bts500,usd.bts500,必须全名，否则一律作废，概不退款。
