Title: 0.8.0已经发布，修复了short问题

强制更新版本

Required upgrade by block 2113000 (approximately 2015-03-24 18:00 UTC)
The following changes will occur after block 2113000
Fix bug that prevented matchable short orders from matching at the feed price
Any unmatched shorts with greater than 50% APR will be automatically canceled
Fix bug where matching bid orders could cause the market to halt in some cases

assuming no more emergency upgrades after bts 0.8, bts 0.9 should hopefully be last release with new blockchain features (enhanced uia). after that mostly just bugfixes and some wallet enhancements. will take as many releases as necessary to have stable experience, will bump middle version number for any hardfork or big api change

when there is eventually a release that is sufficiently stable to use, it will be re-labeled to 1.0.0

每次硬分叉、或者API改变，中间的版本号都加一位。
中间的版本号不会是正无穷的。
如果到了足够稳定的版本，会直接跳到1.0.0 。

3天一个新版本啊？ 有金融系统像BTS那么不严肃的吗？ 就算是游戏那也得等用户捂热啊。
