You may want to wait until there are more GUI options to work with your UIA. I believe a patch is forthcoming that will address at least a few options.
Do you mean that Not all options available in GUI?
Yes, asset creation is incomplete in the GUI atm, I'm gonna work on upgrading it this week.

Thanks Tuck and svk,
I'm not a grandma! I can do low level actions also!
Let me know how to issue an asset and start announcing it?

Go to Dashboard > Click on your account > Click Assets > Create New Asset > Specify the symbol, description, supply and precision > Confirm the details > Pay 5,000 BTS
Or 500000 depending on the length  :P

Speaking of fees - if I'm a lifetime member and I create UIA, do I get 80% of that back too?

what is UIA stand for?

I recommend reading the whitepaper at http://docs.bitshares.eu
It is supposed to be easy to understand and will give you a bigge picture of a subset of features in BitShares

Thanks a lo xeroc,

Good document and I will read it carefully.

I'm a newbie in bitshare atmosphere, My question is that is it possible to have Asset to Asset exchange in Bitshare?

I mean for example I issue some assets for example named ASSET1 and ASSET2, then can I exchange ASSET1 to ASSET2 or ASSET1 to BitUSD or ASSET1 to BitCNY etc..?

Yes, this is exactly what Bitshares is designed to do. You can have any trade pairs you want (as long as the asset issuer hasn't disabled any markets). Market pegged assets like BitUSD and BitCNY don't have any restrictions.

Thanks a lot Samupaha,
Another question which arowsed in my mind is that can I issue Fiat pegged Assets myself and support them? Foe example Issue BitCNY2 or any other currencies and personally support it and market it?

Now I want to play with some assets and create one(The reason I'm here!) ;)

What is the cost to create an asset?

Can I have asset to asset like asset to pegged currencies(BitUSD,BitCNY) markets?

Once I created an asset can I change anything in it later?

How should I announce my new Asset?

Any help appreciated. 8)

Any response?

Sorry, using online and light wallet you can't create account with dot (.), try to create account without dot, or wait until developers fix this bug.

Yes! This was the comment I needed!
Now My first account in bitshare is open :)
