how much do you think it would cost to have a wizard to help people who want to setup multisig?

all the features are there but boy do you have to know what you are doing!

the required features are only available through the CLI-wallet .. not the gui .. we lack proposed transactions there currently.

However, I started writing two articles about this subject in the cli-wallet and plan to write a tutorial for multi sig (maybe later today)
