I did not download the client ,but I saw the screenshot by others.
it is just change the color ,change the name , relaunched a chain , I am a investor of music , but I don`t like this way. of course everyone can alt a new chain. but I also think it not make sense to make a new chain by this way .
it  make me so  disappointment.

It's not you paying this fee, it's your wallet provider which pays this fee for you. You as a user pay 0.

Further more, you must be a lifetime member to create an account so the real fee is 38 BTS or $0.15.   This fee was set this way to prevent name squatting.
it is so fantastic
name squatting is charge for high fee for short name .
so the name squatting is not the reason why high fee.
I think BTS is more and more difficult to understand. 
maybe I only reason of high fee is for referral system ,but it is stupid, it would kill all hard work , I think the price of bts show everything .

Price of BTS is 0.000014 btc/bts  before announce bts2.0, but now the price is  0.00001290btc/bts
what the reason , I think
1. same of investor are disappoint with the high tx fee. they think fee is high ,cannot attack new user , people does`t want to invest a product without user ,  ,so they have to sell their bts .  and most of them are waiting for change , for example me , I wait for change .
2.it is too different to import wallet with many keys, they think bts did not pay attention to  user experience.

what is more ?

Ｉdon`t think referral system is a mistake , but I think high fee is the biggest mistake at so low Tx volume.
