Is this the same "Open Ledger Project" as CCEDK?

They thought it was a good name like us and since there is no trademark, there is nothing stopping them from using it.

A vast amount of prior art. With the blockchain no one can dispute the early uses. However, at least in the US, money talks - as shown in this case: http://www.nissan.com/Lawsuit/The_Story.php
