Isn't there a chance down the road, as volume increases, that coinomat is going to have their Visa/Mastercard merchant account frozen and up for review?
What agreements do they have to ensure they can continue this business model in the long term?
Or are they simply going to keep leap frogging to different merchant processors until eventually they run out of gas?

Also, how much spread is there buying with a VISA using this service?

Well if anybody has a direct communication to coinomat, I suggest they change their name. Sounds too much like laundromat and I'll let your mind wander as to why that's a bad idea. :(

They just say 'low fees'
I think the spread is often overlooked though.. and likely where they will make most of their money like shapeshifter does.

There is a company that makes bitcoin laundromat equipment, perhaps they're going to corner the market one day using such technology.

I have about 10 minutes available, right after a talk from the guy who bought bitcoin at $1,100 and some shibes that thought the wolong pump would never end.
I'm cereal.

found the terms in their FAQ
https://coinomat.com/faq.php
What are the conditions of cryptocurency withdrawal to credit cards?
The withdrawal to VISA/Mastercard takes 2-4 business days, and is carried out in US dollars. Your bank will convert it to the currency of your card by using its exchange rates if your card is not denominated in US dollars.
We can transfer up to 2499 US dollars to one card per week. The minimum exchange amount is $100. The exchange is made using the current cryptocurrency exchange rate taking into account our card transfer fee which is $15. Use calculator on the exchange page to get the final amount you will get on your card.
What credit and debit cards does your service support?
We support all Visa and Mastercard cards, for the exception of certain virtual credit cards. We do not support Visa Electron/Maestro cards. If we're unable to send funds to your card your transfer is refunded.
