That article could have been a nice read .. wasn't it for the huge amount of non-sense about BitShares ..
Not only does the author not know how to "write" BitShares correctly, the author also doesn't seem too interested in BitShares though want's to given in overview of the DAC/DAO technologies ..

Why can't I drop a comment there?
Can we fix this?

So I think this feature is good, but still need to be very careful when we use this function.
the problem is feed price logic, now feed price just be controlled by outside.
if wallet market volume is too much, it will attract people to attack it through outside price control.
So I think the price feed should include inside market and calculate with volume, right?

The point of this is to make the internal market more accurate because of the low volume. Once volume is higher the market will be more accurate.
I think the day we have high volume on the internal market and on/off ramps come on line then I'm assuming this feature will no longer be needed and it will be removed.

What the market really wants is what BTSX was.

I doubt this is it. Bitshares just launched and the price started to move up passing coins that were there for a year. When people saw it on CMC passing other currency most probably bought it without even knowing what it is or understanding it. Probably with fear of "missing the train". Now those people looking to make a quick buck are bailing and the people who actually believe in it are left.

So essentially it was a pump and dumb.

I think the same thing would have happened with or without all of those proposals.

While I do strongly believe in BTS and think some of these ideas could change the world that is no guarantee of success. Just because an idea is genius does not mean it will take off. Maybe the timing is wrong, maybe someone else with more power and influence will steal it, etc. At this point I would consider BTS a penny stock and I would never take out margin to invest in a penny stock no matter how much I thought I could make or how good the company is. And I lean towards the risky side.
