Please provide your willingness to pay. When I can, I will do this survey in Poloniex and Korean Crypto community.

This poll is not really useful if it doesn't include the current fee rate. You're assuming everyone is unsatisfied with the current fees, which is not true.

The cutrent fee is 10 BTS

What's the average current rate in the trading world?  $0.03-0.06 seems inexpensive.

0 for non filled order and 0.1~0.2% for filled order (be noticed that some assets already have a market fee of 0.2%)

0.1 to 1 BTS for unfilled order and 10-20 BTS for filled order imo.

But which one we choose if we cannot differentiate these?

I think its really important that we are able to differentiate them.

Methodx was 100% correct when he talked about perception.

We should charge the fee as bitassets...like bitUSD, bitCNY, bitEUR...etc.  if you think of it in terms of fees from that standpoint, fees are negligible.

Also, doing this is a nice way of making it necessary to create demand in the fiat bitassets we want to help kickstart....

Just remember...perception is a large part of User Experience (UX)

the unfilled order fee should be as minimum as possible, because this is very important for the "market-maker"

in the early stage, this is very important because the liquity mostly come from the market-maker, they put a lot of order and the order may changed very frequency, high fee is a resistance to them. as a exchange, no liquity =  useless

If you are so desperate about lower fess .. why not setup some committee members and get them voted in .. the community has more funds than BM alone ..
If shareholders demand a reduced fee .. so be it .. but please don't thing that a forum poll will reflect shareholders opinion

It doesn't perfectly, but gives you at least some sense of where we stand (though admittedly it could be very very off).  However, if you are planning to build an initiative it is always a good thing to start out with a forum poll like this. I mean if the forum poll says that noone wants the fees to change (which I understand this poll doesn't give the option for), it is likely not worth moving forward with an initiative to change it.
