For bitCNY or other bitAssets only bitshares as a collateral makes sense.
For other assets, we should allow to use other coins as collateral.

You need BTS, bitUSD or bitCNY to buy EOS, so yes.

When I (lifetime membership) refer to a new user I get the onboarding.bitshares.foundation as registrar, but I used openledger as registrar when my acc was created. Is there any information about this?

We should implement a hardcap (1%) for trading fees. 100% is 100% a scam. Didn't know this was possible.
