Depending on how much volume you need, CCEDK or Poloniex.  Polo has the most volume.

Please help, can't find solid and trustable exchange site
If you have BTC, LTC, or DOGE, you can safely buy some BTS from http://blocktrades.us. We are a "currency converter", rather than a matchup exchange, so we don't hold customer funds longer than necessary to confirm it before we send you the converted output coin. We also accept credit card orders for amounts over 10 BTC.

How would one go about placing a credit card order? Using the phone number on the website?

CCEDK is probably the most trustworthy as far as centralized exchanges go.  You can also wire them cash and by bitshares directly with fiat.  Wire fees do eat into some profit though.

If you already have bitcoin, I would recommend using bitsharesblocks.info or metaexchange.info.  Make sure you setup a wallet with bitshares before doing the exchange.

Ditto - would be my recommendations also.
Everything is awesome, or if it isn't it ought to be.
