Nexium ICO starting in 24H !

With the ICO less than a day away, this issue focuses on all the major announcements coming out!
Becoming a backer is a great opportunity to jump in and support our project and gain some compelling advantages! To become a backer, you participate in the crowdfunding ICO process. To get the best price on Nexium, be one of the first to join the crowdfunding process. As the crowdfunding gets underway, you can track its progress online in near real time. The crowdfunding relies on backers using the Ethereum ETH cryptocurrency to buy the game currency, Nexium. We’ve also set aside some Nexium for purchase using BitCrystal, the Everdreamsoft token. Lastly, we have a bunch of new developer videos and reviews for you to check out.




Backer Ranks


If you want to jump in and support our project by becoming a backer, you can gain some exciting advantages!
There are 9 backer ranks from Ship Pilot to Galactic Emperor

Each rank receives Nexium (NxC) in amounts ranging from 1000, 4000, 16000, on up to 1700000.

Individual ranks get 2% to 16% extra bonus Nexium and an Aetherlith event card. When the ICO is complete, you can buy, sell, and exchange Nexium for game assets and Ethereum. Certain ranks get store discounts from 5% to 15% and early access to the store from 5 to 15 days in advance.

The backer ranks get a +20% to +50% boost on the game points they win at the end of each match and a range of holotags, from Ship Pilot to Army General (shown above). Some backer ranks also get from 2 to 40 Tactician Packs and have the option to buy 1 skin for 100000 NxC.

Crowdfunding 101

Our crowdfunding overview online includes a countdown clock to the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and a short explainer video. Our minimum crowdfunding goal is to raise 110 000 € from the sale of Nexium game currency, from November 1st to the 30th.

 
Backers can purchase Nexiums using the Ethereum (ETH) cryptocurrency. Several addresses will be available to send Ethers. Some Nexium can be bought with BitCrystal, the Spell Of Genesis token.




The Price of Nexium



The opening price of Nexium will be 700 Nexiums/Ether. However, this price will change for every 5 million Nexium sold. To see the following chart in full size, visit our Nexium price page online. To get the best price, buy early!




Live Stats on the ICO
You can follow the initial coin offering (ICO) crowdfunding in near real time at our new Beyond the Void Crowdfunding page. These live stats show the amount of Ethereum and BitCrystal collected along with their equivalent values in US dollars and Bitcoin. You can also use this page to check the balance of your purchases.



Using BitCrystal (Spell Of Genesis token)
We are setting aside 5,000,000 Nexiums for purchase with BitCrystal (BCY), the Spell Of Genesis token!

How this works: EverdreamSoft has been granted of 5,000,000 of PROTONEXIUM on the counterparty blockchain. During the crowdfunding, EverdreamSoft will place a sell order with swapbot (https://swapbot.tokenly.com/), at the price of 14 Nexium per BitCrystal.

Note: The price in BCY is very attractive, and the supply of PROTONEXIUM is limited.

EverdreamSoft will keep the BitCrystals (BCY) collected until the first tier is reached (see the Nexium price chart).

After the crowdfunding:
-If the crowdfunding fails to reach its minimum goal, EverdreamSoft will place an order to buy back PROTONEXIUMS, at the very same price of 1 BitCrystal for 14 Nexiums.
-If the crowdfunding succeeds, the backers will be able to exchange their PROTONEXIUMS for plain Nexiums at the rate of 1 PROTONEXIUM => 1 Nexium.
