Technical Support / "failed to restore from backup"
« on: February 15, 2016, 02:58:41 pm »
Hey guys. I am trying to revive an old account that's stored as an old .json from 2014. I am 99% sure I have the right password, and that this is the same bug as others have been having with incompatible versions. Anyone having gone through this have any advice? I don't have any alternative backups, as that laptop died long ago, just this one .json file.

A new UN working paper argues that the bitcoin community has a tendency towards "techno-colonial solutionism" and "techno-libertarian evangelism" in proposing the digital currency as a solution to issues in the developing world.

By contrast, the paper further considers blockchain 2.0 technologies with "more overtly communitarian ideals" and their potential for creating “cooperation at scale”.

I amaze myself sometimes. I spent a solid 4 hours in the polo trollbox last night talking  about BTS.
when I started it was 0.000093 by the time I went to bed it was 0.00014

You may worship me now.

It's tedious but it works, just say something slightly different with a positive twist that includes  BTS every 30secs to keep it fresh in peoples minds.

Nice work. Those traders have deep pockets. Polo is their workdesk and the chat is their social water-cooler ;)

Well, they did release the video snippets.. Doubt people outside this forum have seen that.. They seem to be getting first-mover advantage and the idea is extremely communicable, so it could catch fire soon enough.. Hopefully they they manage a good first-impression on launch :)

No need to compete with BitShares, just rebrand and most people will be impressed by Graphene.

Put up buysupports and keep accoumulatin slowly on dips.I think we can go to at least 60 mill within a week.  ETH-gain logically gains us too, we're one of the closests   alternatives to it.

They dont talk about BTS because they all got burned really hard in october.  We actually got a bunch of polo traders and investors on board bitshares, and then certain BTS holders used it to dump all over them really hard.  Thats why BTS has had no momentum for months.

The best indicator is when the price is rising despite any hype or news or anything, just solid momentum building up.
