Yes. With the introduction of emailtoAJ, I think the volunteer pipeline can be refined and when the final show is ready to be posted on soundcloud, it could also be uploaded to youtube at the same time.
I need to see if you can upload audio only to youtube, or if it has to be added to video first. I assume they allow audio files if you provide a picture. (?)

I believe your correct about the YouTube. Last I check you must put some type of pic, background, what ever as the "video" to up load just audio tracks.
