Title: Angel Shares / Proto Shares Lottery GMT Start/End times?

Forgive me if this is answered elsewhere, but just want to confirm...

Is the launch time Jan 1st GMT 0:00?

Or is it a GMT offset?  If so what?

GMT. Donations before Jan 1 count as being on Jan 1.

GMT, the time zone. GMT + 0.
