you should probably ask this BM in the hangout question thread.

as far as I know it's still unclear.

but as it looks either cryptonomex or "noone" = fees pool

It's my understanding it was decided it would go to the reserve and be voted on by the community.

bytemaster mentioned 4-5 wallet providers

Does a wallet provider (registrar) need a license agreement with Cryptonomex??

Who will be these walletproviders and what doeas a wallet provider need to host the 2.0 wallet?

Maybe we can attract more then 4-5 wallet providers!

No ine will need a licence to use the bts Blockchain ... you may require a license if you want to use bts CODE outside the bitshares blockchain ..

Cryptonomex does NOT own the BTS blockchain!!!!

I think 4-5 is enough, especially getting started. Those providers can also dedicate more resources as needed. One provider can manage say 20 servers worldwide if needed.

maybe my english is not good enough to say what i want to know. So i will try again

Who will get the referrals for the already existing accounts?

We all need to transfer to 2.0 and as an example "metaexchange" needs to upgrade to lifelong membership. So the question is simple who will pocket this money? Because i think no one
deserves it, it should go to the reservefund.

There was another thread where BM opened up this for discussion not to long ago. I believe it was ultimately decided that the funds would just go towards the reserve and in 2.0 proposals can be submitted on what we might want to do with those funds as a community.

For example.. we might want a BitShares NASCAR :)
