Hi everyone,
Question regarding the following:
"Names that contain a number, are longer than 8 characters, or contain no vowels are essentially free." from https://bitshares.org/technology/transferable-named-accounts/
Is the name already free when one of the three criteria is met (OR number OR >8 character OR no vowels)? Or do two out of three need to be met (number AND >8characters, OR number AND no vowels, OR >8 character AND no vowels)?
Could someone please answer this for me? Currently in my thesis I stated the 1 out of 3, but I want to be sure.

If at least one of the criteria applies, the account is cheap (not free!).

Thanks for the quick response and for correcting me! :) I misinterpret the word essentially as English isn't my native language, my bad!
