Here is an official statement for anyone having problem importing into the 2.0.

We just need to be a little more patient. It's taking care of ;)

Thank you EstefanTT, these are good news for us troubled.  +5%

Another good link is here https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,19299.0.html .

Probably it is better to wait for the official fix before trying this highly technical recovery ;)

I'm also stuck between 1.0 y 2.0 enable to do anything ...

I tried twice to import with the light client (win 10) without success. The 2nd time I run the import on a powerful computer during about 70 hours.  :-[

I heard that a fix for that specific bug was beeing build ? Any info on that ? When could it be availed ?

There is a lot of members on this forum in the same situation. I think it would be nice if someone could make an official statement on this.

No everyone as the level of patience I have. That's awful for our image !

When i open the cli_wallet.exe , a command line bock pops up and than disappear. Nothing else is happening.

What CLI Wallet are you using?

How can i access the CLI console in the windows light client? or is there a special CLI client?

How do you export each account desperately? What command line did you use?

No. Afaik, there is no console in the light wallet.

You cannot export accounts separately (technically there is but it is very tedious and not practical).  You export all the accounts into a json file (with wallet_export_keys /tmp/final_bitshares_keys.json in the example) in bts1 and you import them at one go when you import_accounts in the bts2 cli wallet.

I met the same problem. The accounts with large number of transactions just can not be imported. I had to go back to 0.9.3c  to create separate backups with only one account for each, then import those accounts to 2.0.

Haven't tried this yet, but it's supposed to help for large wallets if you are willing to use the CLI:

Hi all,

I have problems to integrate my backup from 0.9.3c to 2.0. I am using windows 7 and i used the CLI to create my backup.

First i tried to update through the Windows light client 2.0 . It took me 15 minutes to look for all my keys on the blockchain. The system crashed after i tried to integrate 151k keys into my wallet. The light wallet client turned white and nothing happend. I could see all my accounts with the different keys.

Second i tried to use open ledger to upload my backup. I went to the option, wallet, and selected import keys and chrome crashed.

Third i tried it with Firefox and crashed at the same spot, looking up my keys for each account on the blockchain. Firefox gave me this error. Skript: https://bitshares.openledger.info/graphene_ui/app.js:22

I tried to follow http://docs.bitshares.eu/migration/howto-importing-wallet.html
I also looked at https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-2/releases/tag/v2.15.286

No help.

Any suggestions for me? How can i claim my funds on BitShares 2.0? There is no walk through guide in the forum.

Thank you for your help.

cheers
