Customer Service is everything.
I can't answer every technical support question and the ones that I am unsure of, I'd like to get a Devs chime-in on.
Problem is, I have no idea who does what and I hate to keep bothering the same people all the time.
xeroc, pc, clayop, vikram
The spreadsheet should show what state/country they/re in (timezone info), what topics they can help the community with, their username obviously..

We can start with a google doc, then
1. add up all the delegates from browsing the nullstreet letters
2. go through the top 100 posters on this forum
3. ask core team to type up what everyone is doing
eventually ask the same of third parties
4. bitsapphire
5. peertracks
6. DACx
7. play
etc.

Exemplary Customer Service can only come if we have accountability. Every lead we bring should be treated like GOLD (and bitGOLD!).
I'll share the "Roster" spreadsheet in a couple days as I get it filled in some more.
