Having a Jackpot encourages playing tickets, because a large Jackpot potentially makes playing a positive EV game.

Its not 1 PTS for 1.3BTSX its 1 PTS for 644BTSX now

Can you point me to the article you based your calculation on? I'm pretty lost in the current conversion rates for BTSX  :D

The date is the "announcement" date, not the actual snapshot date, use the block number for the actual snapshot.
