I think we forgot to mention the chatbox customer support function.

Too late to get valid results now I guess ahah we'll do it next time after we get the API available since it's the top priority! @jakub we have a winner here

I've added "Chatbox Customer Support" to the Roadmap in the "Features proposed by Community" section.

Everything listed under "Unimplemented Graphene Features" has been implemented and is available now in Graphene.  Just not in the UI.

I've amended the Roadmap to reflect this.

True, how could I forget that. I've seen some mentios of API on one of the proposals so I thought it was implicit. Will add it, that's a 10 from me.
