Hi everyone,
We're pleased to announce the launch of metaexchange's IOU assets representing Ether, Nxt and Bitcoin! You can now trade these currencies inside the Bitshares decentralised exchange!
For the first time ever, you can now trade Ether and Nxt tokens in bitshares!

Example usage:
1. Go here https://metaexchange.info/markets/METAEX.BTC/BTC
2. Enter your bitshares account name
3. Send bitcoins to the generated deposit address
4. Your METAEX.BTC tokens will be credited to your bitshares account after 1 bitcoin confirmation!
Our standard 0.3% fee applies, and there is no miners fee.
The next step will be to get these added to the lite and online wallets.

We are planning to run market makers on the DEX to provide traders with the liquidity they demand. As soon as a market maker is possible to create (API issues) we will get on it :)

I've contacted Tether several times but gotten no reply as yet. Here's hoping... Or if anyone has any info on how to integrate with them, feel free to post it!

Btw have thought of hosting the web wallet from your metaexchange domain? You could customize it to show your assets to make them easy to find.

Wouldn't that need collateral to be created? Then probably because of the same reason they're using META.X assets instead of BitX assets.

I think having the one crypto BTA BTC is good for now. Having a bunch of Crypto BTA in short run will just split the market more and casue more confusion. Let's get bitBTC going first and let it be the core crypto BTA for now.
