Technical Support / Can not log into Bitshares wallet [RESOLVED]

When I try logging into my Bitshares wallet it starts to load as normal saying (starting BitShares). After a minute or so it crashes and I get the message (Critical Err... X (10001).
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can correct this?

General Discussion / Missing information in Bit Shares Wallet

The Margin Call Order, Block Chain Order History and Account Order History are missing in my BitShares X wallet when in the BitUSD:BTSX Market. I have upgraded to vo.4.20 win32 64-bit version. Can anyone suggest what is needed to view this information.
