Anyone interested to make good use of this?

I think a comprehensive, concise and non-technical description of the main concept of Bitshares X is badly needed at this stage to be available to newcomers.

I'm a copywriter and will gladly help out. I absolutely agree we need an introduction that explains the overall concepts without mentioning the technical aspect. The focus should be on the market peg and how this allows for bitUSD and other assets.

I went through the Bitshares wiki page and realized we are missing the most important topic there: what is the main concept of Bitshares X.
We have the white paper (highly technical as it should be)
We have the market peg (again highly technical)
We have a description how to use the wallet (good)
We have a description of trading strategies (good for advanced users)
But we are missing the most important bit: what is the main purpose of Bitshares X and what are the mechanics that make it work.
The only thing a newcomer can find is this video made almost a year ago
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BV55IrZi7g (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BV55IrZi7g)
and to be honest when I watched it first a couple of months ago I did not understand it fully even though a have a strong economic and trading experience.
We definitely need something more comprehensive than that.
I've published my attempt to fill this gap on reddit and it seems that people do want to know it

Anybody knows who is in charge of the wiki page?

I was saying something similar at https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=7806.0

Maybe putting it on BTT?
Or making a blog? A blog is super simple: Godaddy gives you the .com domain for free atm plus hosting all for 15USD per year!

I think this kind of info should be on the main bitshares.org page. This is where a newcomer expects it to be.

If you are a native speaker - please feel free to go through the text and turn it into proper English.
Whatever you need to change can be changed, I don't mind. I just want it to be comprehensive and easy to read.

The about page here has a pretty good overall description of the use for BitSharesX without a lot of technical info: http://bitshares-x.info/about.php
This is a good detailed (more technical) overview as well: http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/Bitshares_X#FAQ_Section

This is pure marketing for me. I would expect more than that to be convinced. If I were a newcomer I'd like to have the feeling that understand why this product has a chance to work.

This one, especially the "Overview" section is good but still it does not give the feeling "Oh, now I understand how it works. This makes sense. Now I can explain it to my friend."

This is what happens when people flourish on misconceptions
http://np.reddit.com/r/Buttcoin/comments/2em8rc/bitshares_investors_have_no_clue_what_it_is_but/ (http://np.reddit.com/r/Buttcoin/comments/2em8rc/bitshares_investors_have_no_clue_what_it_is_but/)
We have a business valued at USD 100 mln and yet we are unable to produce proper education tools to prevent misconceptions.
Yet we had the resources to build a Facebook page.
This makes me sad.

There are lots of things being worked on. If I can be shown a good place to update documentation I will gladly do it. If someone needs wiki access to edit then it can be given to them. The reason the wiki is not public is because then we have to worry about defacing edits.
I liked the long explanation of Bitshares X. Not every explanation approach works equally. That reddit thread is just typical haters hating. Realize mining and Bitcoin was elevated to the status of a religion in the brains of many. That is what you can be dealing with cognitively. The sharper ones realize that maybe just maybe BTC has a lot of issues, but by and large they have that attitude.
