1.02 BTC total. Happy to use escrow if you want. I've already had a couple successful trades. Thanks!

Yeah my reject rate has gotten much higher. It's gone from about 1% two days ago to 9% now.

Kinda disappointing that there hasn't been any updates to the miner. Ypool was way ahead, now all the other miners have caught up or surpassed it.

I'd be interested - testing against other cloud providers.

Why are you interested in cloud miners if you're so against botnets?  Aren't cloud miners functionally doing the same thing as a botnet would to individual profits?

Well botnets involve taking control of someone else's computer without there permission. Not really the same as cloud computing.

I wouldn't mine on a mac unless it's a mac pro. Mining on laptops is always a bad idea and iMacs are almost just as enclosed.

My macs are mining just fine :)

Obviously it will work, you just risk overheating and permanently damaging your system. Especially on laptops, iMacs may be ok but I wouldn't run them 24/7.

Guys,  yes its down.  Bytemaster is probably away / asleep.  This is still beta and no doubt its been DDOS by another mining pool out of spite.  Once bytemaster is awake he will investigate.

THIS HAPPENS ON ALL POOLS not just this pool.  Its a regular occurrence in the PTS world at the moment as its very new.

Once things settle and networks get stronger, this will not happen as much as it does with all pools.
Not on all pools. This pool is work http://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=236.0

That's bytemaster's other pool, lol. The miner it uses is much slower, it's his old miner.

Great so far. I'll be out for a few hours and will check on it later.

Yeah this release is over twice as fast.

Yeah I think the pool is down, I hope it doesn't last long there are like no pools left.

I am in, but why not payout at a set minimum that gets filled as blocks get solved.  This is how ypool does it and doesn't require a whole day to wait for your payment.

use a proxy

Can you explain how to do this or maybe start a new topic with this info. I too find it really annoying switching 10 servers, let alone 20, and would be interested in a better way to manage this.

I never got a payment from ypool....

I'll try it. What is the memory usage?

29
Xolo do you think it would be possible to make a low memory version? 200-256mb per thread?

I like the client but it keeps crashing. On windows and Linux.
