The USD/BitUSD market is currently offering a premium for BitUSD with thousands of dollars above $1.00.

hasn't bitUSD always sold at a premium to USD? At least since i started tracking it on CMC that has been the case. now that i think about it, i was worried about bitUSD trading above par with 2.0, but that's kind of silly since that's long been the case.
