It's built in. When you download the client and launch it it'll ask you to create an account. The registration fee will be funded for you by the registrar. There is currently no web wallet for MUSE.

That is what I did from the start but receive this error:
"Failed to create account ...... Unknown error"
May be the default faucet (52.6.149.0) is empty?

Today I successfully registered muse account
