Now people are upset at merger and share issuance, so is this time different? I don't think so; if you watch closely veterans of all stripes on this forum seem to agree with the proposal.

PTS,AGS,BTSX，几个DAC我都有，数量也不少，从PTS刚开始可以挖矿的时候就关注了3I，一直以来都支持着他，在各个QQ群都是发它的最新消息，几台服务器还在挖矿（支持网络），但这次做法让我很失望，是的，让我损失了不少法币，你可以说我很短视，应该长远看，但无论怎么变动也要保证各个阶层投资者的基本利益。我觉得分配比例、锁定时间有问题。非常赞同！可惜BM似乎都不顾我们的反对！

It's unreasonable！BM's decision hurt PTSer deeply!That's my point - there is no real incentive to hold PTS at all with the current setup. Unless they make PTS not have to vest, which in my mind would be fair.
I mean it is liquid right now, so it's not like adding a lock to it is going to stop people from liquidating it.

You want BM to make such an incentive or what?
PTS is a sell-able badge in my view - "Here, I am a Bitshares enthusiast. And my self proclaimed value is X" (X is the amount of badge I have bought). I am not contributing any other value to the system except purchasing said badge, and declaring my value to be as high as that.
ohh and btw, at any second I choose I can sell this badge for whatever I find appropriate....
The point is that PTS had a much higher value due to the fact that it is liquid, it was it's main characteristic.
When you bundle PTS and AGS into the merger, I can understand AGS liquidity being locked for 2 years, but the PTS should not be locked in.
The argument for the locking of liquidity was to prevent sudden dumping of BTS, but the thing is PTS is already liquid, so in fact it is causing people to dump PTS and buy BTSX. Since BTSX will remain liquid when it switched to BTS, while PTS portion will suddenly be locked.
I confess... I am a bug. I have many buggy ideas, and imperfectly implement my vision...

跟我的想法一样，BM抛出这个想法的前几天我就在想：要是其它DAC一样发行USD，一样的铆钉，那要BTSX干什么，DNS要USD有USD要应用有应用，谁的应用广泛谁的USD就有话语权，如今BTSX要统一这个话语权才能够产生很多这些应用的叠加效应，而不是因为DAC的应用而产生分化效应。+5%。
总之一句话，“发展壮大BTSX的核心思想是不会变的”，要拆迁总是有些钉子户，但是假设发展壮大的是今后的VOTE或者重新搞一个BTS，更加伤筋动骨！

bm自己也说了欢迎竞争，那USD好用，MUSIC,DNS要用，为何还怕别人别人强大开发一个USD2呢

建议BM以后再有疯狂想法都按我这个思路发帖子猴哥，你得给BM说说，按你的做法，那就成熟多了，免得社区搞得这么动荡不安。
先说明现在有什么问题或机会需要做出改变了，重点要把这些讲清楚，让股东们看到确实要改变，不改变就完蛋了。
然后给出几个方案，让股东们选，当然他应该把自己选中的那个方案描写的更有吸引力一点。这样不至于有这么大争议。

DNS 3% - thanks for the suggestion my DNS are now worthless but today the marketcap is 4.1 million, but you tell me it is worth 1.5 million??? holy crap!!!!
AGS is promised 10% of any future DAC I3 will create - this is a new DAC you can not brack your promise aka Social Consensus they need 10%
in my eyes this is not a merger, this is a take over of BTSX holders and the robbery of early funders. i am speachless!
2 years with not able to sell is OK if any merger partner has to do it. So no trading for the next 2 years, because BTSX will not be tradeable in the future for 2 years. Otherwise forget it. I don't see the need why i have to lock up my DNS for 2 years.
