Has anybody heard of SKUchain (http://signup.skuchain.com/)?
According to this guy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBuwc3yu6sI&t=27m0s) its intended to run on DPOS.

Seems it's called ThingChain now? At least from their blog and links to github and twitter. Apparently they run on Bitcoin blockchain http://blog.thingchain.com/2015/05/01/thingchain-bitcoin-blockchain/
