Why are you doing this, @fav ?
You keep hiding the most important threads.

If you read it closely you'll see that this one surely does not belong to Technical Support.
This one is about our constant inability to offer a good customer experience.
This is something that CNX should see and learn from it.
The title itself - "Open Letter " - means its a valuable user feedback, doesn't it?

This is utterly unprofessional, fav.
I am really disappointed.

If you press f12 in your browser, it might saw you don't have a connection to web sockets "ws://***", this might be an issue with your firewall.

I understand your concerns, but don't let this put you off, Bitshares 2.0 have just been released, and of course it is going to have some small issues. At the moment there are hundreds of people migrating from the previous version. Just wait a day for the minimal issues to be ironed out.

You guys can run your business however you see fit but let me give you some feedback as a former potential customer.   I can tell you are excited, but you should create a finished product before you begin to try to sell it.  Let me share my experience with you:

I heard about bitshares after seeing numerous press releases and was excited to try it out but decided to wait until after a stable release.  I bought some BTS on an exchange and am attempting to make a new bitshares account.  The bitshares.org/wallet link does not load anything other than a grey screen.  The bitshares.openledger.info link does not allow me to register as a new user (chrome).   It displays "failed to create account - unknown error"  I tried again with firefox and had the same results in both case.
Against my better judgment I then downloaded the "light wallet". Again, this failed to create an account.  I was not even able to advance past the create account screen and am following the naming convention requirements.  I have lost all confidence in this platform and thus sold the BTS back to Poloniex.

I also understand that you are looking for market share but first impressions are important and I assume there are many others who have had a similar experience as me but did not bother to take the time (seriously, 30min to get a activation code?) to register for your forum and give feedback.
