Title: do we still lose 5% if we don't move funds once per year?

I ask because i couldn't move mine if i wanted to client wont sync and i am waiting for 1.0

No, that idea was never implemented.

Turns out that savings accounts that remove 5% of your wealth every year aren't a good idea...
