Title: Can I recover my coins from 3 years ago?

Hello,

I invested in Angelshares and had PTS in a wallet. I didn't really touch it because I was holding, but my computer was stolen.

Is there anyway for me to recover any of my coins if I still know the safety passwords, but the computer with the coins are no longer in my possession?
