figures right this is more of a newb question than i deserve but I could use your expert advise, please help

I recently updated from bitshares x, now trying to put my wallet in bitshares appdata file it pulls this on me, I know it usually isn't this bad but Im not sure what to do with it. as soon as i click on it . it disapears then if i open again it just gives me the menu screen with nowhere to type in the password only i can get the quit options thats about it.
