MemoryCoin / Re: Show support for MemoryCoin on cryptsy!

The only exchange
You can buy MMC on buymmc2.com, but to sell there's no other place yet

I just bought 10 MMC through here, awaiting delivery.

I looked at their twitter feed, they were selling them 10 for .01 a few days ago, but the site says 10 for .0085 now.

I messed up and had my pts on an exchange when memorycoin was distributed and it is bothering me more than it should as it was only 2 memorycoins I would have gotten, but to make myself feel better would anyone be willing to sell me 2 memorycoins?

Technical Support / Re: Investing now to live from dividends in 4 years

I like this question as I was wondering the same thing, can anyone give the OP a guesstimate?

You can buy them and reap the awards of getting the other stuff but only if you make the effort to move the shares to the protoshares wallet. If you keep them on the exchange, your awards will be given to the exchange and they seem to overwhelmed to bother dealing with passing them on to the rightful owners. I lost out on the memorycoin 2 because my shares were on bter, and they haven't responded to a couple of emails I sent.

Angelshares are only given out to those who donate

Your welcome :)

Thanks donshoe, that's nice and straight forward.  Stupid request - Is it possible to reverse sort it?  The most recent line of the current day has the most useful information for decision making but it's allll the way at the bottom :).

The script is appending new information as they appear in the blockchain. prepending the output would be more difficult.
Just use the bot on IRC to get fast information. everyone does. :)

Link to this bot please?

Is that a safe link? My browser is sending up all sorts of warnings?

BitShares AGS / Are AGS retroactive?
« on: January 03, 2014, 04:53:44 pm »
Angelshares give you a piece of future DAC's, but would an AGS that is awarded through donation over the next 200 days be awarded a piece of a DAC that is released before the AGS was awarded.

in other words, if a DAC is released next week are only current Angelshare holders the only one that benefit, or would someone who is awarded an Angelshare on day 200 also benefit from the DAC that was released 6 months earlier?

BitShares AGS / Re: [ANN][AGS] Open Source Angelshares-Blockchain-Parser

Really nice, easy to understand the daily breakdown looking at this, I'll surely be revisiting it over the next couple hundred days

A breakthrough, adding the nodes in the debug console (i.e. addnode 180.183.205.118 add) listed by - Primecoindude (thanks) seems to be working, block chain is updating!!!

957
I created a text file and named it protoshares.conf and added the  addnode=168.63.12.227 with no luck connecting.

I added

addnode=cryptoseed.cloudapp.net
addnode=180.183.205.118
addnode=162.243.67.4
addnode=162.243.54.126
addnode=37.139.29.236
addnode=64.90.183.137
addnode=180.183.205.118
addnode=61.238.157.8
addnode=54.254.192.95
addnode=54.207.21.146
addnode=54.206.30.227
addnode=54.219.164.14
addnode=146.185.172.136
addnode=162.243.14.13
addnode=94.23.215.174

these to the protoshares.conf file and declicked the "connect through SOCKS-proxy" box (which was really hard to do to make the changes stay) and still showing (out of sync).

This can't be that hard. How do I delete the wallet and completely remove it from my computer so I can try to start the whole process over from the beginning starting with where I can download the latest version that (hopefully) works.

958
I saw that and it looks helpful, but I can't even get the wallet to update why is that?

Make sure you have ProtoShares-Qt 0.2.0

Yes ProtoShares-Qt 0.2.0,  I downloaded it from the exchange and now I downloaded it from the bitcointalk forum, still the same thing... Wallet and Recent transactions Out of Sync and No block source available 7 weeks behind

How come my wallet is (out of sync), its been open for a long time and it does nothing? I've tried to add the nodes mentioned here https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=57.0 to my help>debug>console with no change.

Once I get the wallet working, I would then ask my exchange to send the MemoryCoin into my PTS wallet?
