Number of users is the key point
HOW TO bring more users&make them stay?
mobile apps
-
Are there are progress reports on a mobile wallet?
-
yeah, what about that limewallet that has been going on for quite a while? i hope delegate pay was used for something, don't want to seem ungrateful btw,

All the various elements of BTS 2.0 (Liquid BitAssets, referral programme and improved performance) plus the nanocard, moonstone & various other developments should all combine to create an incredibly useful, competitive product that is well packaged and promoted, thereby increasing the number of users.

I get what you're saying but I think this is the wrong attitude.
Limewallet was in the limelite before I got here so I'm uninformed of their situation but 'ungrateful' and 'hope' should instead be demanding to know where our organizational funds are and whether or not a particular party deserves continued funding
-
Last update on Limewallet was in May:

I would imagine shortly after that the 2.0 bomb dropped and they are figuring out what to do next.
Nonetheless.. I agree there are a lot of different ways mobile apps can be created to use bitshares.

I know, I just don't want to be bitching before I know all the facts, maybe they did something, however there is clearly a lack of communication.

peg, market depth depend on a large number of users

would bts2.0 have mobile apps ?

would bts2.0 have mobile apps ?
Nah, who needs that? I'm prettysure Bitshares will require custom hardware terminal that costs $30k, a $5k/yr certification from Cryptonomex and an FBI background check. /s

No need to be sarcy, we all speak different languages and sarcasm is hard enough to follow via text anyway :)
Yes, sudo, there will be mobile apps. Once the Graphene (2.0) code is ready I'm sure plenty of 3rd parties will get to work to earn their referral income profits from building a mobile wallet

bts2.0 ui use react, so it's easy to build ios app.
And for the andiond, need to wait the update of react, it's developing.

The latest news I know is that BM said the original goal of public testnet should be completed by the end of June.
Anyone knows what is the status of developing?

AFAIK devs are close to pre-alpha stage which would be an internal testnet ..
seems the "official"(tm) timeline is off by maybe 2-4 weeks or so ..

I believe Stan said bm was asking everyone what they needed to have the testnet released by end of last week. I guess it didn't happen though. Hopefully it is released by tomorrow since that will be 1 month since the bts 2.0 announcement

Is complicated have a big number of users, it takes time.
-
AFAIK the devs already have the internal testnet running .. the pre-alpha release
-
