Title: Is there a running total of destroyed fees?

Or a read out of the shrinking float?

If you look at the asset tab you can see the available supply of BTSX.  The delta between it and 2BB is what's been burned.

If there wasnt a little bug in the calculations you could look at

blockchain_get_asset BTSX

The total supply is stated and decreases as fees are destroyed .. just a bug currently also makes the delegatespay seem to be destroyed .. known issue by BM

So in other words NO. There is no way to know? As 99% of delegate fees are not destroyed, as of now.
