Title: Where is my fund?

I sent 100 btsx from biter.com on 8/28. Received.
I sent 500 btsx from biter.com to the same address on 8/29. Never received. But biter.com record shows 500 btsx has been sent to the same address.

Any one can help? Should I provide screen shot?

I am not familiar with biter.com .. maybe you should contact their support ..
Is your account name registered on the blockchain?

I registered via BitshareX application. Is that means I registered on the blockchain?

I email bter.com multiple times but have not get the any reply. Is there any thing like Blockchain.info for bitcoin to track transations?
