Interested in more questions you guys have. Obviously those questions make assumptions I haven't explained yet, I'll get to that.
Will slowly bump the bounty until I figure out what it's worth.

1. support both IPV4 && IPV6?
2. support alias domains? like bts.bit -> iii.bit
3. support multi Address? abc.bit -> 1.1.1.1, 2.2.2.2, 3.3.3.3
4. can I sell sub domain?
I am the owner of abc.bit, Can I sell apple.abc.bit to other?
5. Can I use sub domain without config?
I am the owner of abc.bit, set it to 1.1.1.1.
www.abc.bit is not set yet, can I use www.abc.bit -> 1.1.1.1?

Can BTS DNS be used for websites that promote terrorism, money laundering, hacking, child pornography, dogs & cats sleeping together, whatever the Outrage of the Week is on Fox/MSNBC?

If two buyers buy same domain in the same block, which one will success? Depend on Miner or the one with higher price?
Ask this question because the codes reveals that the order are matched in wallet client.

All of those are application-layer. In other words, yes it is all possible, that is part of the browser extension / conventions for how to use the record value.

Yes, just like electrum is a thin client for bitcoin, there will be thin extensions for your browser.

Yes, just like electrum is a thin client for bitcoin, there will be thin extensions for your browser.
Furthermore there will be proxies via old DNS like xxxx.bitshar.es -> xxxx.p2p

The transaction with the higher price should win, assuming it references the lower price transaction, even if they are in the same block. I am not sure what order matching code you are referring to, could you link?

The block would be invalid as block validation will require unique outputs.

but there is no limitation on protocal, and the miner could choose which he like technically. Am I right?

Yes, highest fees first, so lower fee would have to re-bid over the one with the higher bid

Right. However, if two blocks are produced at the same time, the one with the most CDD will win. So a miner may have to balance fees vs CDD vs rate of collision to determine which transaction to include. Default code sorts by fee to maximize dividends for shareholders.

In brief, I think people may be curious about the details of auction for domains.

Once you own the name, it is yours and only goes up to auction if you wish to sell.
I think no auctions should be final for the first 30 to 60 days while the network gets established.
Buying all of the names to 'squat' is not profitable regardless of the price you got the name at.

Is there a way for domainnames that have been "lost" (because of lost keys, long term unavailability of the owner, etc) to come up for auction again automatically?

* Do domain names expire?
Domains expire after one year of inactivity. This means renewing your domain only costs a standard transaction fee (by sending the domain to yourself or updating its record), a miniscule cost compared to the initial auction.

If so, I am curious about what information will "whois" provide?

What are you going to use to secure the blockchain? TaPOS, some POS/POW hybrid, a single signing authority? Are you planning on including the websites public PGP key in the blockchain at launch?
I think Bitshares-DNS has the chance of being the most important DAC to the common man. Imagine truly being sure of who you are speaking with online, in an easy transparent way.
