At population of 1.2 billion people vs China's 1.3 billion people, India may have been neglected relative to its population.  How can we reach this gigantic market better?

I think first thing to do is figure out how they people who have a chance in hell at being interested communicate on the net ?

THere is like qq and weibo for Chinese.  What about India ?
