Why not create a DAC wich is crowfunded in bit USD + bitcoin and the DAC is doing like for Nubits they automatically buy/sell at 1 USD +/- 0.5%for bitcoin  on exchanges like Bter.

1/ You create volume liquidity for bit usd
2/You make the bit usd peeged to the USD
3/You make profit with the DAC with the margin

I'm not able to do this but it could be a nice idea, furthermore because this helping a lot BTS, assetholders of the DAC could be paid in BTS for this if they accept to minimize the margin profit to 0 (just the fees from exchanges would be included for spread).

Now you have a functional Bit USD.

Yes this is the 0.4.16 version and it is synchronized, I just transfert btsx from bter to my wallet, I registered my account then I click on the button "update vote" I confirmed that I will pay 0.5 BTSX as fees but will get all my BTSX back.

But still nothing...

Please I have the same problem, bought 6800 btsX and cannot fund my wallet.
