damn shit... it even works worse than the BTS2.0 wallet.

I see the notes but i cannot claim them because there is no account in the drop down menu.  I dont understand it... I created a second account but it still doesnt work. Hopefully poloniex will add notes soon, so i can drop that bag there.

Refresh the page.

This is not working for me.

Already tried application reboot, PC reboot, new wallet and several refreshes - no luck, still a big white blank screen.

first unlock the wallet before importing the keys. that helped me with the problem

I've done that every time so far - still no luck.

Is everyone having issues claiming funds with windows release?

That was a last minute fix.

Just a very very white screen.

Requires application shut down and restart to get muse client screen back.

How do the less capable of us import our 0.9.3 stuffs?

differently capable ;)  I'm in the same boat.

What I did is..  Settings -> Wallets -> Key Import Tool - Import your latest .json -> Create Account -> Balance Claims -> Lookup Balances -> Settings -> Wallets -> Create Backup

Where is your "Settings" located?

I'm on a PC and my top nav only has "Application", "Edit" and "View" with no "Settings" drop down, nor under "Account" left side nav.

EDIT: Arg - nevermind - just figured it out. Thanks

General Discussion / Re: Nexus and BitShares
« on: October 23, 2015, 04:09:47 pm »

What I'd like to see...

A worker proposal from someone who can be a legitimate "second source" to Cryptonomex so that the world will realize that's actually possible.  (BTS shareholders are then truly in control.)

I'd also love to see a project like Maker commit to simultaneously deploying on both Ethereum and BitShares the way that Adobe Photoshop deploys on MacOS and Windows or WeChat deploys on both iOS and Android.

I'd spend quite a lot of press-release ink on that story...

:)

...

The team behind Maker is now in the process of branding ourselves as a company with a business model similar to Cryptonomex - we call ourselves Nexus and will focus on dapp development and development as a service. Our whole team went to the Blockchain Summit in Shanghai and I wrote an update about the trip today:

https://forum.makerdao.com/t/blog-draft-nexus-report-shanghai-global-blockchain-summit/315

The one thing I didn't include in the update (as this is still a very new idea) is that Nexus plans to also focus on the opportunities within the BitShares ecosystem as a part of our business model that we'll use to sustain ourselves on the road to deploying Maker and accomplishing other of our long term goals.

Among things we're considering are: Making a worker proposal in exchange for products that will improve the value of BTS, and making a registration and referral funnel. We're still just exploring the various opportunities, and as a part of that me and possibly some other Nexus members are planning to hold a hangout in the MKR room on the beyond bitcoin mumble server this afternoon 3 pm east coast time (9 pm european time) to hear the communities thoughts regarding worker proposals and what kind of products we can offer the BitShares community.

Stakeholder Proposals / Re: Lets vote for lower fees!
« on: October 16, 2015, 11:14:29 pm »

What about 0.1% fee with a minimum fee of $0.01 and a maximum of say $0.10

That way if you send/receive <$10 you only pay $0.01. $25 is $0.025 etc..
What would be great! Is it easily doable? What we need for this? Let's start casting votes!  :)

I don't know if it's easily doable. We would have to ask Bytemaster and also see what are the negatives.

A switch to a percentage-based fee system would require a hard fork (according to bytemaster in this mornings mumble session)

It's how it was announced from the start that it would be, so no its not a bug.

There's support for blinded transactions on the blockchain level but no GUI support yet.

Wow.

I completely missed this information - or at least the realization that just knowing somebody's account ID would actually give you access to view their entire asset holdings under that account.

This is easily the most bothersome thing I have ever seen here - I hope we can get GUI access to blinded transactions and other privacy features ASAP!

Will there be or is there currently any way to import/claim balances without tying them to ids/accounts via private keys?

Excuse my possible ignorance here.

I'm logged into Openledger and looking around the GUI and noticed that when I click on any user, it appears that I can see their account balance for every asset they hold.

Is this normal? Is it how BTS 2.0 is supposed to be working - or is it Openledger - or a bug???

Just being able to see the held and claimed balances of other accounts here gave me the heebie jeebies - I hope this is some kind of bug.

Was there any kind of consensus here?

What are we going to be starting with?

General Discussion / Re: A Worker Proposal Banner on CMC?

I can't remember which project it was, but I'm fairly certain somebody here had already done some testing with banners at CMC with horrible ROI.
