I also agree. The destruction of the sacred feminine is all around...always replaced by the warrior/princess feminine. If you're into the Matrix, you'll love The Invisibles by Grant Morrison.
Yes! The Invisibles, essential.I would also HIGHLY recommend "Memetic Magick: Manipulation of The Root Social Matrix And The Fabric of Reality" by Kirk Packwood. The latter requires at least a basic understanding of memetic theory.
Intriguing! I will check this out for sure.I figure I should also bring up the obvious element missing from this conversation... In the second movie, Neo was given the option to go through a back door and reset the matrix mainframe (reboot the matrix) or go back into the matrix and rescue Trinity (feminine spirit). It seems pretty obvious to me this whole cryptocurrency movement is an attempt to reboot the matrix and place ourselves on top as its "benevolent" overlords.
The only way to establish true change is to heal our sick consciousness. People must begin to care about each other again. This isn't an easy process and can be achieved slowly with a free and censorship resistant Internet. It can also be sped up with the use of entheogens like ayahuasca.
I have so much I want to say to this that I'm not going to write anything except, I heartily agree.
Bitshares' #1 priority should always be making its p2p asset trade platform better. just nailing that one value proposition would add billions in market cap if promoted even halfway decently.
Two must-read books for Matrix aficionados:
Simulacra and Simulation
by Jean Baudrillard
Taking the Red Pill: Science, Philosophy and the Religion in the Matrix, edited by Glenn Yeffeth - especially the article by Dino Felluga: "The Matrix: Paradigm of Postmodernism or Intellectual Poseur?"

My personal discovery is that we are all Neo in potential....
Seriously haven't seen any of those movies. Not sure why. I guess I don't watch many movies period. lol.
According to your logic I should be able to use my "will" to stop myself from blinking, stop my heart from beating and stop my lungs from breathing. I may be able to hold my breath, slow my heart rate, and keep my eyes open, but eventually I need to breath and blink and pump blood through my body.
If you're into the Matrix, you'll love The Invisibles by Grant Morrison.
Also, we must also let go in the belief in authority...which may take a few centuries.
Until then...Vote with your feet!
Awesome!
Although I seriously doubt ridding humanity of the belief in authority will happen in my lifetime, I think it could happen faster than a few centuries once momentum in the paradigm shift begins to move in that direction. You're right tho, in how deeply entrenched in our psyche it is. Here's hoping Larken Rose will live a long and fruitful life!
People went into the Wild West in search of freedom from authority.
The first thing they found they needed was a sheriff.
We will wind up needing a digital sheriff.
That's just evidence that at their core violence was still present. When we overcome our deep seated appeal to violence to solve problems the need for authority will dramatically be reduced. How will disagreements be settled? by 3rd party arbitration of course.
It is such a radically different context for life I don't think we can even truly grasp it now, as we're so deeply conditioned to think with the violence within us. As rational, peaceful parenting and respect for children increases, so will the violence in society. That's my opinion anyway.
