import_key is the correct command ..
when you run wallet_import .. the account name afterwards has to MATCH the account name registered with the private key .. not sure what you are doing wrong here
sure about your account name? try find your name in https://bitshares.org/wallet/#/explorer/accountsit may have been prefixed with bts-
Is it safe when active key is the same with the owner key?
I did Code: [Select]import_key myaacountname my-Owner-Permissions-private-key trueimport_key myaacountname my-Active-Permissions-private-key trueIn both cases the output was:Quote10 assert_exception: Assert Exceptionrec && rec->name == account_name_or_id: {} th_a wallet.cpp:530 get_accountlist_my_accounts Output:Quotelist_my_accounts[]Look like some thing missing.
import_key myaacountname my-Owner-Permissions-private-key trueimport_key myaacountname my-Active-Permissions-private-key true
import_key myaacountname myprivkey true
you will need to import the OWNER key if you want to edit the account settings andyou will need to import the ACTIVE key if you want to spend funds
