Probably still running a scam... im guessing they are selling bts taking out btc and then selling bts 2.0...

I contacted BTC38 and they told me they found a bug (what?!) and security concerns in BTS 2.0. What a joke.

My approach is to attract more users first with lower fee and make profit later.

If you are an Exchange and need help migrating and understanding how to use the api hit me up and I will be happy to help. It is quite a bit different than 1.0 and can take a bit to understand the new way of doing things especially ensuring transactions are legit and not reversible.
