Title: Rounding in DEX causing problems

   It looks like the DEX price being quoted at 6 decimal places rather than 7 is causing some people trying to buy MOONFUND at the ask price to not get their orders filled (ie. Buyers are offering 0.869565 rather than the true ask price of 0.8695652

We are planning on moving to rationals for all prices moving forward.
