What you propose does not make sense. Wait until DPoS 2.0 and THEN decide. It's only a few short days ahead.
I interpret what you say here to mean you think if we remove more of the 100% delegates that there will be more BTS paid to the remaining 100% delegates?
That at least makes more sense. Perhaps we're dealing with a poor choice of words in the OP, or communication failure due to the "twitter phenomenon" (he who uses minimal words cause confused meaning).
Nevetheless, if you take the OP at face value, he is calling for the removal of ALL 100% DELEGATES, a category that most if not all of the devs fall into. That does NOT make sense. This sounds like a wealth redistribution plan, a way to "equalize" the earnings of all participants, rather than letting it go to where it is merited based on the returned value to the ecosystem. Without devs we have no ecosystem.
@OP - care to try again to clarify what your intention is? Sorry for any difficulties the language difference may cause you.
2. I just give a simple methods to BTS holder that oppose 100% delegate,( as I discuss with many BTS holder in local district, some holder oppose this, but they don`t know how to express his negative vote). I think BTS ecosystem is a community that everyone can express his view easily .

first income of 100% delegate is BTS rather than usd, how much usd all 100% delegates can gain is determined by price of bts and how many 100% delegates . and in my opinion, price of bts is more important than quantity of 100% delegates.
so we increase one delegate,but this action make many bts holder think they lost sense of participation ,btser cannot control it , they would lose some confidence to bts. if it make price of bts drop , all 100% delegates `s income would decrease though increase one delegate.

I am a supporter of block-chain hire , but I think there are many bts -holder that is opposed to delegates with 100% pay.
so I think we must give a way to them to oppose all 100% delegates . if they cannot express their view by vote ,they maybe sell their bts ,this would make price of BTS drop, delegate income would become less because low price of bts.
but there is no negative vote with direct methods.
but people can vote his negative vote indirectly by voting all 3% delegates
so if you want to oppose all 100% delegates you can do as follow
1.Un-appove all delegate
2.Click this link bts:negative-vote/approve approve my delegate this is a 1% pay rate delegate , vote all 3% delegate in top 101
3. then vote you delegate "As My delegates Recommanded"

« on: May 24, 2015, 06:48:06 am »自从装了0.9钱包，右下角就总是出现：严重网络问题，数据的同步时断时续，兄弟们你们也是这样么？这是在搞笑么？在同步没有完成的时候，都显示为“严重网络问题” 同步完成后就好了。
还有如果长期没有开钱包的话 刚开始同步的时候连接会很少，多等一会连接就和上升个很快，
我一般刚开始同步的时候只有 5~8个连接，等十几分钟后 连接和上升到几十个。

« on: May 24, 2015, 06:46:29 am »如果是开会，乱发言当然占用别人时间。这是在网上，没人逼着你听，逼着你看，逼着你回复，浪费什么时间？不管什么提议，总有人赞成，有人反对，难道怕有人反对连拿出来讨论都不敢了？越卖关子越让人怀疑这样做的动机。如果是好的提议，为什么不马上拿出来？另一方面，反对也没用，到时候发布一个硬分叉，还不都乖乖跟着升级？DPOS的好处就是方便管理，每天都能硬分叉。比特币改一个块大小都要研究半天，一年以后还不知道能不能改得成。在这里这么点改动还不是分分钟的事？矿工，在BTC并不是最大利益的人在主宰BTC的发展，实际证明改块区大小和矿工没有任何直接利益关系，他们当然希望维持现状。
