About your script, I would change a bit:
1.- add qt4-qmake to the apt-get install
2.- cd ProtoShares/src; make -f makefile.unix -> cd ProtoShares ; qmake-qt4  protosharesd.pro && make
3.- ./bitcoind -> ./protosharesd

Also qt4-linguist-tools package

Edit: and libqt4-dev
